At Y&M ICE, we offer a 30-day return policy on most of our items, giving you plenty of time to ensure that your jewelry is the perfect fit.
Please note that some items, such as Moissanite pieces, are exempt from this return policy due to their unique nature and are considered final sale. For all other jewelry, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in your order.
