Want something made just for you? Y&M Ice offers custom jewelry orders so you can create a piece that matches your style, size, and budget.

What we can customize

  • Custom sets (matching pieces)

  • Custom requests based on reference photos

How it works

Step 1 — Send your request

Email us or DM us on Instagram with the details below.

Step 2 — Quote + timeline

We’ll reply with:

  • Your final price

  • Production time estimate

  • Shipping estimate

Step 3 — Deposit to start

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin production.
Standard deposit: 50% to start, remaining balance due before shipping.
(Some custom requests may require full payment upfront.)

Step 4 — Production

Once production begins, changes may be limited depending on the stage of your order.

Step 5 — Shipping with tracking

When your piece is complete, we ship it with tracking.

Production time

Custom orders typically take 7–14 business days (depending on design complexity and materials).
Shipping time is separate and depends on your destination.

If you have a deadline (gift, event, travel), mention it in your message and we’ll confirm if we can meet it.

Custom order policy (important)

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you:

  • All custom orders are final sale (no returns/exchanges)

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production begins

  • Small variations may occur (stone sparkle in different lighting, minor measurement differences, finishing details) — this is normal for custom work

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, your order is covered by the Y&M Ice Warranty (see our Warranty Policy page)
