Warranty Policy

At Y&M ICE, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. This Warranty Policy explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to make a warranty claim.

1) Warranty Coverage

We offer a LIFETIME limited warranty from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Broken clasps or closures due to a defect

  • Loose stones due to a setting defect

  • Faulty links or chains due to a defect

  • Other workmanship issues that occur under normal wear

If your item qualifies, we will repair the item, replace it, or provide store credit 

2) What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear 

  • Damage caused by chemicals 

  • Accidental damage (drops, dents, bending, crushing)

  • Misuse, improper storage, or modifications/repairs done by a third party

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Chain breakage due to pulling, snagging, or force

  • Stones lost due to impact or accidental damage

Note: Some materials naturally change over time with wear. Proper care helps extend the life of your jewelry.

3) How to Make a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, email us at shop@ym-ice.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/video showing the issue

  • A brief description of what happened

Our team will respond within [1–3 business days] with next steps.

4) Return & Shipping for Warranty Claims

If your claim is approved:

  • In some cases, we may ask you to ship the item back for inspection.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to us unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect upon inspection.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

5) Replacements & Repairs

  • If an item is discontinued or out of stock, we may offer a similar replacement or store credit.

  • Replacement items do not restart the warranty period; coverage continues from the original delivery date.

6) Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale may still be eligible for warranty only for confirmed manufacturing defects, not for wear and tear or accidental damage.
